This cottage has been obtained by the makeover of an old barn in an farm just in front of the beautiful river Temo. It is part of an enchanting estate located at about 1km from Bosa town centre, easily reachable cycling or walking. Ideal accommodation for families with kids.

This charming cottage is in the grounds of a bigger property around 1 km outside Bosa.It has been recently restored and is brand new, it is all on the ground floor, a kitchen/dinning room which open onto a large patio overlooking the orchard and olive grove belonging to the property, each bedroom is off this central part of the cottage and there is one bathroom. The cottage is on land just by the river and the land is for guests to enjoy, as much as the owners, who are seldom present. You can also amble down to the river where there is a small wooden pier and 2 canoes available to guests for paddling up and down exploring the river bank or crossing over to the ancient church of San Pietro.

All the estate is accessible for guests with no limitation excepted, of course, the manor-house which is exclusively used by the owners who are rarely present.

The car can be safely parked inside the estate, just outside the cottage. The nearest airport is Alghero. It is about 34mi from Bosa centre and it takes 1 hour driving along the spectacular coastline.
