Historic tower house with an amazing terrace

The property is an historic house located below the castle, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the town, the river valley and the sea. Lovingly restored, with original features and decorated with antique furniture in traditional Sardinian style.

The house is a traditional 4 storey narrow house in “Sa Costa”, the old part of Bosa which sits just below the medieval castle of Malaspina.
The house has been lovingly restored to maintain a number of original features such as the stone barrel vaulted ceilings on the ground and first floor, but it has also been thoroughly modernised in particular with the addition of a roof terrace with great panoramic views over the whole town, the river, the surrounding hills and the sea.

The house comprises one master bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in another room. A cot is also available for smaller guests. The house is tall and narrow and so there are lots of stairs throughout but there are handmade wooden gates on every floor for small children – however these are very unobtrusive and can be left open without any inconvenience for guests with no children.

Guest access is for the whole house. The house is rented as self-catering, with towels and linen provided. Plates, pans etc are all provided. There is a washing machine, iron, clothes horse and hoover if needed – extra cleaning can be arranged during your stay as required.
