The apartment is situated on a 2nd floor of a bigger house recently renovated. Perfectly located in town centre, very close to amenities as well as shops, bars and restaurants and the local market. The amazing shared terrace, above the 3rd floor, is a special bonus to enjoy the views of the old roofs all around. Free easy parking, in a public street, just steps away.

The apartment has been fully restored in 2015 and all is new inside. It is composed of a well-sized kitchen/dining area and a pretty bedroom, very quiet. The bathroom is stylish and comfy.
Some pieces of furniture has been accurately chosen from local second half markets but the majority is handmade by a local carpenter.

Guests are welcome to access everywhere in the house. There is a common entrance with an electric door which guests will open with their own cellular phones and then three floors with one unit each. On top of the house (above the third floor), there is a lovely terrace guests can use. At the basement, the washing machine and sun umbrellas are placed in a store room underneath the staircase.
